We build heating and cooling load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection, according to ACCA ManualJ. ManualD, and Manual S standards, respectively. Not only do we design systems from industry accepted standards, but we also know the limitations that these standards present you when applied to your specific project.

In your Kingfisher proposal, you will see us compare brands according to their ability to heat or cool the specific load of your home, energy consumption, how often the heat pumps are expected to short-cycle, and even how many hours of supplemental heat may be required if you choose Brand A vs Brand B. We show you how the systems compare side-by-side, and we take the time to make it simple and clear to you which system is worth investing in.

Ducted Systems

We specialize in new duct design and we also know when and how it may be appropriate to revise your existing ductwork to accept your new heat pump.
Ductless Heat Pumps
Ductless heat pumps, also known as mini splits, are far and away the most cost-effective option to slash your home energy costs and improve comfort. For this reason, ductless heat pumps are extremely popular, but not all ductless heat pump systems are made equal. Kingfisher guides each client toward a heat pump design that minimizes upfront costs and visual eyesores, and maximizes reliability and long-term savings.
Air to Water Heat Pumps
Kingfisher designs and installs air to water heat pumps systems that are capable of delivering both cooling heating.
